T. R. King sold over 3000 of these large crown chips in six colors and denominations to A. K. Williams, Elks Club, Brawley, California (later Escondido, CA) between 1946 and 1959. The attribution to Club 49 is traced to Pfaender (2004). Not listed in Eastman (1998).
