Owned and operated by Lilia F. Meyer, until her death in a car accident in 1995. Meyer, an immigrant from the Philippines, also co-owned "Mil's & Lil's Casino" (also in Lemoore), and the "Grigsby's Cardroom & Fountain" (Avenal, CA) (see "Archive").

Previously at this address was "Ruby's Place" (1979 - 1988), a licensed card room, and before that "Smokey's of Lemoore" (1974- 1978), also a licensed card room (see "Was"). "Ruby's Place" moved back into this address after Lilia's closed.
