Also called the "Mecca Cafe". Originally at 318 N. Main Street. Moved around 1963 to 170 N. Main Street. Owned in the 1960s by Babe Milinich. A profesional bookmaking operation was raided at the bar in 1980. Ernest P. Beebe, the owner of the bar was arrested along with three others. Still open as a bar, but gambling long gone.

T. R. King sold 1500 of these small crown chips in three denominations to Mecca, Mr. Babe Milinich (owner), 170 North Main Street, Porterville, California, in 1966.
