Bar and cardroom originally owned by Everall L. (Cap) Adcock. The 3-table card room was sold to Jose Carmen Gonzalez-Curiel in 1993, who owned it until it closed in 2007. The card room license was transferred to the new "Banker's Casino", a few blocks away.
