Owned by Henry R. Villarino, who died suddenly in 1962. After his death, Lytle Kinnaird, briefly operated the card room and renamed it the "North Park Card Room" in 1963 (see "Became").

T. R. King sold 2000 of these small crown chips in five denominations to Villarino between 1951 and 1952.
