T. R. King sold about 2000 of these Chinese language hot stamp large crown chips in three colors to Ah Gun Wong, at either 3228 George Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, or 1364 Sacramento Street, San Francisco, California, in 1949.

Wong was arrested for running a gambling operation at Holobron Lane, Waikiki-Ala Moana District in Honolulu, Hawaii, in 1946 (see "Archive").
