An exclusive private social club located on the top floor of the Merchants Exchange building at 465 California Street, San Francisco. The Chamber of Commerce had its offices in the building and the club was a gathering place of the city's most influential businessmen, bankers, and politicians.

The United States Playing Card Co. sold these chips in four colors to the Commercial Club, San Francisco, California, on 4/23/1929.
