Owned by Leonard Delbert Malone. It became "Cody's" in 1992, which was shut down on charges of illegal gambling and other violations in 1996.

T. R. King sold 6400 of these small crown chips in six denominations to Crazy Delbert's, 13 East Main Street, Visalia, California, in 1978 and 1988. The chips were shipped to 3809 North Mooney Blvd., Tulare, California, which was the actual address of the card room.
