The 128-foot, three-deck riverboat had been retired until entrepreneurs Lonnie Reeder and David Boyd bought the vessel earlier this year and began refurbishing it. The twice-a-day cruises feature a game called blackjack bingo, a game that is played by a limited number of people in less than a minute.
