In 1970, American West Line bought the SS Cabo (Cape in English) Izarra from the Company Ibarra, who renamed "West Star", later moving to the Pacific. Soon after, in 1972 Wet Line, ruined, had to sell their assets to the Holland America Line. The ship ended her days, under the name of "Xing Hu" as a ferry.
