Owned by Clarence "Axe" Kennemur. Also called in the 1950s, the Cracker Cafe and the Cracker Box Cafe.

T. R. King shipped these chips to Theo Salyards, 630 Hazel St., Bakersfield, CA in 1956. Salyards and Roy Upton had applied for a liquor license for the Cracker Box in 1952. Kennemur picked up an additional order of the chips in 1957.

Originally located at 2229 Edison Hwy., until it moved next door to 2227 in 1949. (See Archive)
