Address and years of operation from Eastman (1998). Pfaender (2004) reports that the Ajax Club was located inside the El Tejon Hotel, which was located at 1690 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield.

T. R. King sold around 2500 of these small crown chips in five colors, first to Archie Ebel, Desert Star Motel, 516 S. Union, Bakersfield in 1956, with additional club room equipment sent to 1914 N. Chester Avenue, Ajax Club, Bakersfield. Later in 1959, more chips were sold to Clyde Barbeau, 1417 and 1421 17th Place, Bakersfield.
