T. R. King sold 2250 of the "AC" small crown chips to Arthur Castrillo, between 1967 and 1968, and 2200 of the "3-7-11" small crown chips to William E. Baugher, between 1967 and 1974. Both were sent to the 3-7-11 Club.

William Ervin Baugher was the owner of the "Alley Cat Club" (Bakersfield) in the late 1950s and early 1960s. He was arrested in 1960 on bookmaking charges at the Alley Cat, and again in 1980 for bookmaking at the "Mecca Bar" (Porterville) (see Archive).
