Originally managed by Antonio Medagh, who was arrested in 1953 for operating an illegal dice game in the club. It was located inside the Alviso Hotel, and later became the "Day'N Nite Club". From San Jose Gambling (2020) Ted Ramos, Arcadia Publishing.

The club and chips were purchased by Joe Yeargain (owner of "Joe's Club") in 1961.
