Also called the "Royale Palms Motel Hotel", "Royal Palms Casino" and the "Royale Palms Poker Parlor". The Royal Palms Motel Hotel opened in 1964 with a restaurant, bar, and dance hall. Owned by Don Jeffries. At some point, likely by 1967 a poker card room was added. A separate entrance to the complex was sometimes listed as being at 276 Union Ave.
