Built in 1917 as a wooden-hulled schooner that transported lumber up and down the coast. She was bought by Albert Howard in 1928, who converted her into a gambling ship. She was anchored off of Long Beach and was reported to have 13 gaming tables and 38 slot machines.

She burned down to the waterline on July 22, 1932, with the cause of the fire never determined.
