One of Gardena's first licensed and longest lasting card rooms. It opened with 20 tables and was first owned by Henry Ballard and George Cooley. Originally at 14808 Western, it moved six blocks down the Avenue in 1950. By 1952 until 1972, it was owned by Bow Herbert, who also owned the nearby ”Horseshoe Club”.
