First owned by Linda Karpman. Owned by Larry Hatler during the 1990s and until 2002, when it was bought by Susan Barrows. In the mid-2000s it was licensed for 5 gaming tables. Also called the "Gold Rush Gaming Parlor". Located on the same block as the "Card Club".

The attribution of the H&C-mold hot stamp chips is traced to Eastman's Illustrated Guide to California Card Room Gaming Chips & Checks (1998).
