Also known as Atlantic X. The ship was built in Germany, twin engines, 3 passenger decks, 2 casino floors, 1 deck for slots. The vessel was converted to casino in U.S. and operated in Key West, Florida until 1995 when accidentally sunk in the port. After repairs was sold to Israeli owners who operated the ship as Casino Atlantic X until 1996. Bankrupted in Oct. 1996, then was rented in 1997. Oct 1997 to Aug 1999 did not operate. In 1999, Casino Royal bought the ship and operated until Sept. 11, 2002 wen the ship was closed by police. Atlantic X was busted (along with all the others) on 21st of December 1996, if my memory serves me correctly but I'll check again, and there were a couple of hundred croupiers etc in the tiny police station. The Atlantic X was the last one to be brought in and it took a couple of helicopters and a small "destroyer" with a loudhailer.
