The Mason Co. sold 800 of these hub mold chips in three denominations to Tod Waterman and Ray Donan, Redondo Beach, California. No date.

Tod Waterman was arrested on bookmaking charges at 4735 Oakwood Avenue, Los Angeles, CA, in 1938. Waterman was also arrested in 1938 with Bert Griffith for conducting illegal skill games at the "Wagon Wheel Cafe". Ray A. Donan owned a bar at 130 Locust Avenue, Long Beach, CA in the 1940s.
