The Greg Susong Digital Media Center is dedicated to Casino Chip and Gaming Token Collectors Club Hall of Fame member Greg Susong. Greg is one of those who brought the Internet to chip and token collecting. His website, The ChipGuide, was one of the first sites devoted entirely to chip and token collecting, and serves as a tremendous resource for collectors throughout the world. His work has been kindly donated to the Museum and will be continued to be updated here.

Comments: This is a notched sample of the 1st issue, 1996 $1,000 chip. It was pulled from use within the first 2 months of operation because the similar coloring (green) of $25 chips was causing issues at cashier's cage. Indications are that there are no known examples of the original version. According to Executive Management at The Orleans, all were destroyed. While "all" cannot be validated, it is known that some did go through a destruction process (pulverization) as small pieces have been recovered from a destruction services company.
