| Comments: Blue cards were only issued to high rollers. Though the reverse indicates the card was used on slots and tables, the only known examples are from table play. Several high rolling machine players at the time did not receive these blue cards, but rather the green ones. We know that management felt that the blue color was inconsistent with MGM's color scheme and replaced
them with the green cards very quickly, perhaps explaining why other players never got them.) |
