Comments: Originally entered as possibly being from a backup set, this chip has been confirmed by Tim McMurray, who was one of the original employees of Harrah's Shreveport, to have been in play in the casino. Per Mr. McMurray, "This was the first re-order for pink chips after we opened in 1994. They were striped wrong. They looked like $25 chips when seen through a black and white camera. At this time the only color cameras were on roulette. They were only in action for a week or so. When the replacement shipment came in, they were removed. Later, they were all put in the concrete for the foundation of the hotel." |
