| "The Ministry of Finance, through the Institute for Gambling Supervision (ISJ), confiscated Wednesday, (09.11.2018), for the state coffers, 11 million and 821 thousand and 850 kwanzas from the Casino "Fortuna or Azar" owned by the company Long Cheng Hui Suo, which had been operating illegally since July of this year at the shopping mall Cidade de China in Luanda. The room was housed in a one-storey building with a hostel, bar and other services and was closed down by ISJ. The closing ceremony also culminated in the seizure of US dollars and material that promotes activity such as pocker games tables, Russian roulette, computers, the surveillance room server, tokens and dozens of decks of cards."
