According to The Gaming Table (2017), the Portland Card Company (Portland, OR) shipped these SqInCr-mold chips in nine colors to Lloyd Tucker, Pittsburg, California, in 1957. Tucker owned the "233 Club", a licensed card room, at 233 Black Diamond Street, Pittsburg, CA (see "Archive").

Eastman's Illustrated Guide to California Card Room Gaming Chips & Checks (1998) also identifies these chips as being used by Lloyd Tucker in Antioch, California. Antioch is adjacent to Pittsburg.
