First owned by Rene Medina, who previously owned "Lucky Chances", a gambling bus tour company which specialized on gambling trips to Reno and Las Vegas. In 2006, his sons Rommel and Ruell Medina took over ownership.

It opened with 43 licensed gaming tables, and as of 2023 has 60 licensed tables.
