Pool hall and licensed card room originally owned by Ed Moore, and later by Mat Moore. It was first located at 584 Main Street, and it later moved to 674 East Main Street in the 1950s. Also called the "Owl Billiard Hall" and "Owl Pool Hall".

T. R. King sold 8000 of the large crown, hot stamp owl head chips in six colors to Owl Billiard Hall, 674 Main Street, El Centro, CA between 1946 and 1961.
