15411 South Vermont Avenue
Gardena, California
Type: Card Room
Status: Closed
Open: 1969, Close: 1996

Owned by Georgy Anthony, and his brothers, who transformed the former California Art Deco style "Embassy Club" building into a luxurious Spanish hacienda-style card room. It went bankrupt and closed in 1996. It was bought by Larry Flynt, who tore it down and built the "Hustler Casino" on the site (see "Became").
