Originally owned by Jack Pacheco, and called the "Mission Pool Hall". Edward (Eddie) Myers and Davis Hamill took over the card room in 1954. It was bought by Rudy Gutierrez in 1967, and it was briefly renamed "Rudy's Card Room" (see "Became"), before returning to the "Mission Club" name in 1971. In 1986, it became "Frankie's Cocktail Lounge & Card Room".
