Owned by Lamar "Wil" Wilkinson. Previously called the "Pacheco Inn" (see "Was"), which was bought by Wilkinson in 1979. Advertised as the oldest continuously operating poker card room in the world, dating back to 1854.
It was first located at 5867 Pacheco Boulevard, and called the "California Grand". In the early 1990s it expanded to eight poker tables and changed its name to "California Grand Casino". Around 2009, it moved a block away to its current location, with 14 licensed poker tables, and 5 tables of other casino games.
