Licensed six table card room owned by Sylvia "Diamond" Schireck. She previously co-owned with her husband the "Outpost Casino", at the same address (see "Was"). When they got divorced in 1979, she was awarded the card room, and renamed it after herself. The "California Grand" card room was located across the street.
