Old soft-plastic keyfob, 1-5/8" X 1-5/8" square. Possibly the first keyfob issued at the casino. Old Spanish-mission logo, and address of 1000 Barona Road (not that of the current casino buildings). On the reverse it lists Pan 9 as a game - don't think the casino currently offers that on a regular basis.
