Plastic Dragons Mold chip, like CG 005886, same shade of light blue, but without gold hot-stamping on either side. Found with a stack of other $1 blue tokens, all of which were hot-stamped. (Unlikely a swap meet vendor would have acquired a Blank Dragon chip to add to the supply.)
