Owned for more than four decades by Stanley S. Penn. Also called the "Lucky Lady", and the "Lucky Lady Casino". It was the last card room located in the city of San Diego.

Originally located at 4792 El Cajon Boulevard, it later moved in the early 1980s to 5526 El Cajon.
