Originally owned by Pasquale (Mike) Maiocco. Originally at 536 Broadway, it moved across the street to 521 Broadway around 1939. Raided in 1956, with Maiocco arrested, for illegal liquor sales. The pool hall was open until the early 2000s, although organized gambling likely ended decades before that.

Mason & Co. sold 1100 of these hub mold chips in four colors to Pasquale Maiocco, c/o Dante Billiard Parlor, 536 Broadway, San Francisco, California, between 1/24/1936 and 10/29/1937.
