Hotel, restaurant, music venue, and card room located off of I-80 at Jefferson Blvd. Owned by Lloyd G. Hickey [LH]. Also called "Lloyd Hickey's El Rancho Hotel and Casino". Hickey previously owned the ”Lone Oak Bar” and the ”Forty Grand”, which both had licensed card rooms.

The L-mold chips were shipped by C. W. Rice to Lloyd Hickey in 1975.
