2nd, On obverse, "Teller House Casino Club" has uniform bold white printing. Face logo is clear and sharp.

3rd, On obverse, "Teller House Casino Club" has weakness on several letters, almost fading out at the fine tips. The face logo is very dark.

3rd, Large Face Logo,
(Raised Printing. Blank Reverse. High Roller card. The three known examples are blanks that were obtained from a former Teller House employee. She thought these were issued shortly before closing, but that is not consistent with this 1st issue design - Large Face logo and raised printing. It is possible these were ordered and never actually issued, but that is speculation.)
Note that many of the first three issues are known as blanks without punch holes!
