Circulo de Artesanos was a recreational society founded in the nineteenth century by members of the middle class who was in the Plaza Mayor. Was a charming establishment where orchestral dances, magic numbers were held, there was a billiard room and balconies overlooking the citadel. In there many customers read the newspaper or cast lonely, weddings were served and there was always a librarian to help . |
