| Joa Groupe.The Administrative Court Toulon canceled the orders of the Interior Ministry authorizing the opening of casinos in La Seyne-sur-Mer Sanary (Var), operated by Joa and Viking groups. At a hearing in early January, the public Rapporteur had recommended the cancellation of such orders issued in March 2012, arguing that the State had not analyzed the "cumulative impact" of the two openings on the casino Bandol operated by the group Partouche, to the cause of action.
In La Seyne-sur-Mer, the measure would take effect as of 1 November 2014.
But the casino stayed open. Work for construction of the new had already started.In the meantime, a temporary casino opened its doors in July 2012.
The new and definite casino building was inaugurated in 01.07.2016. |
