| It is from the mid-nineteenth century that the physiognomy of Yport changes in depth. Yport was “ discovered” by “Paris” in holidays. To provide entertainment to this new population a casino is built in 1864-1865, and was opened August 20, 1865.
New casino was built after WWII. This casino was destroyed by fire. A construction of the current casino in 1983, after the fire of the previous, in the same place.
Opening periods after WWII: 1948- 1981, 1984- 1990 and 1992 to nowadays.
The society Yport Loisirs ( groupe Tranchant) was incorporated in April 25, 1990. Games from November 1, 1991 (1992 tax season) |
