It is not confirmed at this time if the WIN CARDS Program was used at the Lakeside Inn and Casino. This item was provided by Ted Gottlieb of Gaming International without explanation. To date, there are no known WIN CARDS chips from the casino.

This is a standard "Compliments of ..." sticker that is normally placed on the zip lock baggie that hold the WIN CARDS chips materials. As with the Lucky Bucks Coupon, above, this was provided without explanation by Ted Gottlied, owner, originator of the WIN CARDS Program.
