1st, "Silver Dollar Slots Club" Rev "ExciteMint".,  (This Card was a forerunner of today's modern slot cards. Attached to all dollar machines at the Mint was a ticket dispenser. Each time a dollar was played, the countdown decreased. When "0" was reached, the machine spit out a ticket. The player collected these tickets and redeemed them for cash. This may have been the first Las Vegas slot club card, and therefore is in very high demand. Only 3 examples are known. Reverse phone # (702) 385-7440.)

2nd, Silver Dollar Slots Club" no Rev "ExciteMint"., (Similar to first issue, but along with changes in color and elimination of "All New ExciteMint", the phone number on the second issue is (702) 387-MINT. At least 20 blank cards exist.)
