The 9th issue cards have "Hotel Casino - Las Vegas" below the banner on the obverse. The following 10th issue card no longer has "Hotel Casino - Las Vegas: under the banner.
Some of the 9th and 10th issue cards had the corner of the card cut so the card was in the shape of Nevada.
