One group is a contractor and builder and other is a military lobbying unit that has connections with DOD and Washington elected officials. (Lobby for favors) Who is SKYDEX Technologies -- It was founded in 2001 and based in Denver, Colorado. It is a global leader in advanced impact mitigation and energy absorption solutions (Military equipment supplier that manufactures armored vehicles parts for all branches of the U.S. Defense Department. NGAUS (National Guard Association U.S.) is a lobby group that makes recommendations to the Department of Defense (DOD) and members of Congress. These two group sponsored a meeting in Reno, NV and decided to issued a chip that had a gambling theme to hand out to all attendees. That was in 2012 in Reno. Only chip issued of its kind.
