| The Jardim High Life ( High Life garden) , better known as the JARDIM DO TEATRO, was a wooded grounds with a band stand , where were held parties, games and sporting events .It was later completed with a tennis court, a skating rink, the Cine Jardim Recreio, a “pataqueira “(gambling room with low bets - "Pataco" was a small money) and a gambling house. In 1910 start to be called "Paraizo de Espinho". It ended in the late 20s. |
