The monogram on this unidentified chip is very similar to the logo for the Timberlane Country Club (Gretna, Louisiana) which opened in 1959 (see below matchbook). It is believed, however, that the chip was produced by the USPC Co. during the 1940s. Possibly used by a different country club beginning with the letter "T".
