This particular chip was in-use aboard the MS Westerdam, sailing between Seattle and Alaska, the summer of 2023. They were mixed-in with other Holland America generic $1 chips and also the MS Westerdam branded $1 chip. All of these were in like-new condition, hence the issue date being 2023 (August).
