Partouche group.
The first Hotel des Bains, worthy of the name, date of 1714.
As for the railway, built in 1843, it allows Chaudfontaine to broaden its horizons, at least until the 80s.
Exploitation des Bains continues throughout the 19th century, but by 1830, the spa is entering a period of stagnation. In 1842, it transforms the spa into an hotel that combines comfort and modernity
Since 1862, there was a gambling establishment, on the right bank of the Weser. The Kursaal is replaced by the Casino in 1939; it was enlarged in 1960, renovated in 1974 and early this century. |
