The casino initially worked on the premises of Gran Hotel Pucon, located beachfront in the city, which was founded in 1939 and was acquired by Urzúa in 1982. In 1995 the company Kuden SA, chaired by Antonio Martinez Segui, bidding casino won, and that same year begins the construction of the casino Pucon, on the eastern edge of the town square. Later the construction of a complementary hotel began, which was inaugurated in 1997 as Hotel del Lago Resort & Casino, a front that had 82 rooms and had a 5 stars. In parallel, the concession remained the company renewed the Martinez family, which since 2005 was renamed Enjoy.
The building that housed both the casino and the hotel was completely destroyed by a fire , occurred on September 17 of 2007 . The casino was rebuilt in just over a hundred days on the next block - in direction south- his old location, and was inaugurated on 5 January as 2008 . the Hotel del Lago, however, was not rebuilt because Enjoy decided to buy Carlos Urzúa in 2008 the Gran Hotel Pucon, located just one block from the new casino .
