In 1882 the coffee theater Eden Theatre is created between the Rue Lucas and the parks.It had a garden, a theater with 1200 seats and a petits chevaux gambling room.
In 1913 was named Casino des Fleurs, with a new room opened on June 1915, making up the entry by Rue Sornin, from 1926.
Casino des Fleurs, managed by Compagnie Fermière, closed its doors in 1975, being substituted by a residential and commercial complex.
